Local business report: Kids party franchise plans location in Vineland < United States > June 6th, 2008 Pump It Up, the nation's largest franchise of giant, indoor inflatable playgrounds, plans to open a location in the city.
The company is searching for real estate in Vineland, said spokeswoman Lynne Snyder. Pump It Up locations host birthday parties and other events that feature a variety of inflatable structures for children. "We decided to expand into the Vineland area based on the density of families with young kids, and also, a ripe demographic of community and family-minded entrepreneurs that make the most successful Pump It Up franchisees," said Gordon Keil, the company's chief executive officer. The franchise fee for a Pump It Up location is $40,000 and total investment costs range from $287,000 to $771,000.
