Pan-Asian “Flex-Casual" Concept Meets Consumer Demand for Fresh, Healthy Foods in 2011.

AUSTIN, Texas - Complete with a new prototype, retooled menu and an innovative “flex-casual” service model, Mama Fu’s is off to a great start in 2011 announcing the signing of an area development agreement for five restaurants in Waco and the surrounding area including College Station, Temple and Killeen.

The signed agreement, targeting the Waco area, is part of an aggressive national expansion plan calling for 130 restaurants in the next five years. With 13 locations successfully operating throughout Arkansas, Florida, North Carolina and Texas, the signed agreement will add to the seven successful operating Mama Fu’s franchised locations in the Texas market.
