McDonald's selling Chipotle stake in october 2006

McDonald's Corp. on Tuesday said it will dispose of its remaining stake in Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. by the end of October. McDonald's, the world's largest restaurant chain, said it plans a tax-free exchange of Chipotle shares for McDonald's stock, and will file a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the coming weeks.
