An Atlanta-based restaurant company has franchised the first Houston location of Moe's Southwest Grill, which will open May 18.

The restaurant, located at 1250 Eldridge Parkway, will offer made-to-order burritos and other Southwest fare.

Moe's Southwest Grill is part of Raving Brands of Atlanta, which also franchises Mama Fu's Asian House, Doc Green's Gourmet Salads, Planet Smoothie and Shane's Rib Shack.

The Eldridge location of Moe's is owned by Rafiq Kamadia and Rahim Hashmani.

Raving Brands currently has 800 franchise units signed for 38 states.
