Poalim Real Estate, an Israelian fund of investment, has begun the construction of a mall in Constanta, Romania, says the Iraelian publication “Israel Globes”. The new mall in Constanta will have the surface of around 55.000 square meters and also around 1000 parking spaces. The value of this investment is estimated at more than 40 million euro, and the building is supposed to be finished in May, 2007
