DALLAS – (November 23, 2010) – Paciugo Gelato & Caffè, a family-owned and operated franchisor of authentic Italian gelato, today announced that Keith Albright has been named the company’s new Chief Operating Officer. Albright has served as the company’s Senior Vice President of Franchising for the past year. He will now oversee franchise operations/relations and marketing, in addition to spearheading the company’s domestic and international franchise growth.
