Restaurant operator Pizza Inn Inc. said Wednesday it signed a development agreement to open up to 20 new locations in Bahrain over the next 10 years.

Pizza Inn (nasdaq: PZZI - news - people ) said it awarded the franchise agreement to the Attyab Al Bahrain Catering Company and Eastern Retail Services Company W.L.L., both of which are owned by the Sheikh Terki Al Khalifa Group of Companies.

The financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Pizza Inn said the franchisees will initially convert former Domino's Pizza (nyse: DPZ - news - people ) locations into Pizza Inn restaurants.
