Susan Katz Named 2010 Coach of the Year.

CINCINNATI – Susan Katz, owner of The Growth Coach in Baltimore, was recently honored as the recipient of the 2010 Coach of the Year Award by The Growth Coach, a North American franchise system of small business coaches in more than 140 markets.

Presented at The Growth Coach’s annual convention on October 13, 2010 in Las Vegas, the Coach of the Year Award honors the franchise owner who excels at client service and satisfaction, achieves substantial growth in their coaching business, positively impacts their community and continuously strengthens the franchise system with their contributions. While actively participating in training classes of new franchise owners and helping to mentor many more, Katz also provided leadership to The Make More Mindset Club, a monthly, motivational, strategic mastermind designed to take franchise owners’ performance to the next level by eliminating their limiting beliefs. Susan also serves on the nine-member President’s Forum to help provide feedback and suggestions to the system’s leadership team.
