The Parisian agencies have published their first halfyear results, and they show that the rise in the rent prices does not slow down the rhythm of sales, on the contrary. The sqaure metre indicator, based on Laforêt’s actual sales in Paris, soared from 4.292 euros in January 2004 to 5.035 euros one year later, the record level having been reached in April, at 5.864 euros per square metre.
