Vodavi Technology Inc. (NASDAQ: VTEK), a provider of traditional and next-generation business communications solutions, today announced that it has entered into an agreement with the Cendant Real Estate Franchise Group as a preferred vendor of communications solutions through January 2009.
Under the terms of the agreement, Vodavi will be the exclusive vendor of certain voice-over-IP communications products available to real estate broker/owners affiliated with Cendant's Century 21(R), Coldwell Banker(R), Coldwell Banker Commercial(R) and ERA(R) networks. The exclusivity provision encompasses Vodavi's XTS-IP, XTSc-IP and Telenium communications platforms as well as the TalkPath and PathFinder messaging platforms. Other Vodavi products will be marketed on a non-exclusive basis.
