The Cendant Real Estate Franchise Group reported that coverage of its customer-friendly SearchRouter(TM) tool has increased 100 percent since August 2005. The SearchRouter functionality, which can now be found on listings on Cendant's national Web sites for its Century 21(R), Coldwell Banker(R) and ERA(R) brands in markets across the country, is now actively serving approximately 2,561 residential real estate brokerage offices that collectively cover 50 percent of the total U.S. zip codes. The SearchRouter product has been an active feature on Cendant brand Web sites since February 2005.
