We want an engaged owner is involved on a daily basis with their business. They don’t have to have a background in hair care. They will focus on areas like marketing, personnel management, operations and financial, so their background should be some general business management, employee management experience.

We fill a large niche that no one else is – the full service salon at a value oriented price point. Most of the other franchised hair chains are single service (cuts only) or focus exclusively on men or children.
